whoever handled the purchase and implementation of that system
ought to be shot in the groin. its so bad, you're forced to work
with a small window less than half the size of your screen (I'm not
making this up) and a lot of things which are a simple matter
of cut and paste when you're using html, become either impossible
or frikking difficult. oh, and did I mention that when importing
files, the software will only recognise the 1st 20 files in any
folder? I could go on and on.
and, we've had a manpower freeze for years liao 
now u have a compelling case for hiring .....
so much "high value" work to be done ....
